I enjoyed my time in the Zarb Store. The staff was very helpful and inviting to the customers. The social presence can be improved. The prices are also high for the target audience. The store was very well organized. There was a good variety of products being sold. The hours are not posted anywhere on the store so it is hard for students to know when to come by to purchase items when they pass. It is also hidden in the building but overall, I had a good store experience.

I enjoyed my experience at the ZARB Store and got to learn about the objectives they are aiming to achieve. The student workers were very helpful and seemed passionate about their job. While in the store, we got to see the different type of merchandise that was available. In addition, we met Frank the dog which was deemed as the mascot of the store. Some pros of the ZARB store is that it’s newly built so it looks fresh and modern. Some cons of the store is that it is not the best location, as it does not attract as much attention than the book store, and the prices of the merchandise are very high.

It can definitely be improved, own instagram, more color in the room (felt overwhelmingly blue), maybe a different location, more buzz, etc
